Clothing for Krav Maga

In traditional martial arts such as Karate, Judo and Ju Jitsu, special and traditional clothing is provided, and progress is usually recognized by assigning the famous colored belts.

In Krav Maga it is sufficient to wear a shirt and sweatpants (or shorts), while those who wish can use the Kimono; at the discretion, on the tatami, it is possible to train barefoot or with gym shoes (clean and not used for other outdoor activities).

The whole must clearly be comfortable and robust to allow easy movements.

  • P2 – 2nd level PRACTITIONER

  • P3 – 3rd level PRACTITIONER

  • P4 – 4th level PRACTITIONER

  • P5 – 5th level PRACTITIONER (Assistant Instructor)

  • I1 – 1st level INSTRUCTOR

  • I2 – 2nd level INSTRUCTOR

  • I3 – 3rd level INSTRUCTOR

Instructors can obtain further specializations (tactical baton, kapap, ground combat, knife, operational shooting, etc.). These specialisations are necessary if you want to advance to a higher level as a specialist instructor. As well as for the practitioners students, also for the instructors, in fact, it is required not only the detailed study of the techniques but also the expansion of skills in the various operational fields.

To achieve the various levels it is necessary to pass a practical exam in which both the learning and efficacy of the techniques and psychological aspects will be evaluated.
